Maybe few products were damaged  in long distance transport ,would you like to report to us in 3 days since you received package ? We will refund to you in 1-2 workdays!

 

1. Missing Item

Items missed completely or partially from an order,

For "missing",products,please weight package when you received and reported the weight to info@eeiei.com in 3 days since package arrived .

 

2.Damage

Physical damage on products' surface .

For "damage" and "wrong" product received should be reported to  info@eeiei.comwith photos in 3 days since package arrived.

 

3.Wrong Product Received

Product that is completely different from hzfp.com web description

Please check the products carefully when you just received the parcel. Please inform us immediately when you find something abnormal

 

4Our 7 days Returns Guarantee

We operate a "7 Days Guarantee", If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with our items, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days upon receiving the items for the refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified as per customer request.
If customers want to return the items which without quality problem, then customers should pay the shipping cost of returned items and the custom duty which may cause when the returned items imported into China.
